We build the team of tomorrow — and stand by you today.
Behind schoonnect stands a team of former enterprise leaders, senior consultants and engineers with 20+ years of practice in IT, management, finance, engineering and AI. What counts isn't a certificate — it's the experience to step into any role, spot potential and act on it now. We make that experience affordable and effective for small and medium-sized enterprises.

Our core and network combine backgrounds that only corporations can usually afford — we make them accessible for SMEs.
Industry expertise:
schoonnect is intentionally lean at the core and strong in its network: we bring exactly the competence each engagement needs — and nothing more.
Managing Director
For decades we delivered large-scale transformations in corporations, banks, insurers, healthcare, education and retail. We know the rules of the game: in-house data teams, AI labs, compliance departments, budgets an SME wouldn't spend in a year.
That asymmetry is what we wanted to dissolve. The Mittelstand is the backbone of the economy — and without AI, automation and data sovereignty it will fall behind in the coming years. Not because technology is lacking, but because guidance, delivery and enablement are.
What counts with us isn't the certificate on the wall. It's the experience to step into your role, think from your perspective and spot the potential you can't see yet. Our approach is shaped by a mindset that doesn't ask "how could we?" but says "now." — pragmatic, clear and effective immediately.
We build the team of tomorrow — and stand by you today.
Only large corporations can afford in-house experts, know-how and constant updates. We close that gap.
Pedagogical and technological background: your team works independently afterwards — we make ourselves redundant.
Ask in the intro call what stays with you after the project: documentation, a training record per role with date, duration and content, and the name of the person who runs the process without us. The real test comes later on its own — when your team makes the first change alone, without asking us.
Your data, your models, your control — fully on your own infrastructure if you wish.
Ask to be shown the processing chain: which service processes what, where the servers stand, who the sub-processors are. That belongs in the data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR, together with scope and retention period — and so does the contractual exclusion of training models on your data. What exists only in the slide deck exists nowhere.
Open standards, portable architectures. Your data remains exportable at all times.
Have the export demonstrated before you sign: in which format, how often, and who can trigger it without us. Also ask which model sits behind a given feature and what switching to another one involves. Where the abstraction layer is missing, “open standard” is just a word.
A human decides at the critical point. Automation stays controllable and auditable.
Ask for the list before anything is built: which steps run through, which need an approval, who grants it. Our line is that routine without legal consequence runs; anything affecting a contract, a claim or a person gets an approval gate. And have it shown to you that the audit log records the approval.
Affordable, pragmatic, fast — the 80 % solution today over 100 % in six months.
Verifiable by the sequence: for solutions we build, scope, architecture and fixed price are settled in a paid specification phase before anything is built; in ongoing support the hourly allowance is stated openly. Also ask what will be running on the last day of the project. If the answer is a document and not a function, it was the 100 % solution in six months after all.
We think in systems, not silos — every solution contributes to the whole.
The readiness check rates six dimensions: strategy, use cases, data, team, processes, governance. Hold every proposal against them — whatever touches only one of them builds an island. And the order stands: process first, tool second. Whoever has not described their workflows only automates their chaos.
