Request a solutionWhen the data must not leave the building, the system runs on your premises. The setup fee covers assembly, configuration, onboarding and the handover to operations.
Payment comes in three instalments: at the start, at interim acceptance and at final acceptance. The last one is due when the agreed result is in operation — how that is measured is set out in the offer before we start. A package is a project, not a subscription; you book operation afterwards if you want it.
Basis: Between €145 and €225 per hour, depending on company size. The hours are the scope you receive — not a meter running. If it turns out harder than expected, that is our risk, not your additional invoice. What your result costs is set out in the offer before we start.

Where processing happens is not a default but a question we settle in the first conversation: EU hosting covers the standard case, fully on your own premises is what we set up where professional secrecy or your own rules demand it — slower and more expensive, and we say so beforehand. Training on your data is contractually excluded; an AI inventory, risk classification and AI-literacy training (Art. 4 EU AI Act) ship as standard.
